Basic Function: Provides administrative support to the Supervisory General Services Officers (S/GSO). Responsible for the integrity and maintenance of more than 14,000 individual asset records in the management database system, is also the main point of contact for all tax exoneration reports. Ability to drive a government-owned vehicle.
Employment Length: Permanent. Indefinite subject to successful completion of probationary period

Education: A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration is required.
Experience: At least one year of experience working in business administration as a data, inventory, supply, financial analyst or in marketing is required.
Language: Fluent Reading/Writing/Speaking in English is required. Fluent Reading/Writing/Speaking in Spanish is required. (This may be tested)
Knowledge: Knowledge of data models, data mining and clustering, and segmentation techniques are required.
Skills and Abilities: Strong analytical skills are required. Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of complex information (oral and written) with attention to detail and accuracy is required. Ability to implement change management positive results in a change resistant environment is required. Ability to work in a team is required. Excellent leadership skills are required. Must possess a valid driver’s license. (This may be tested) Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. is required.
